We stand behind the quality of our teas and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, most unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank processing time.

Shipping
We ship directly from Nepal to customers across the globe. Domestic orders within Nepal are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. International delivery timelines vary by country and shipping method, but most orders arrive within 7–21 business days.
