Type : Tisane

Sourcing Region : Ilam

Suggested infusions :  2 steeps

Infusion Time : 3 minutes

 

Preparation :

  • Boil 1 cup of water in a pot.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of dried hibiscus flowers to the pot and reduce the heat to low.
  • Let the mixture simmer for about 3 minutes.
  • Strain the tea into a cup.
  • Add honey, cinnamon, or other spices, if desired.
