- Boil 8 oz filtered water, then cool to 80–90°C (180–190°F).
- Add 1 tsp of tea buds into a clear cup or infuser.
- Pour water over the buds and steep for 10 minutes.

- Boil 8 oz filtered water.
- Add 1.5 tsp of tea buds.
- Pour water and steep for 12 minutes.
