This Tea is selectively picked finest downy buds, grown at the highest altitude tea plantation in Nepal (7000 ft- 7500 feet.) processed into White Tea.

In the early spring, when the first lot of new buds appear, farmers rush to the field to pluck them quickly (usually within a week) before they unfurl into leaves. These fine, potent buds appear after a period of dormancy the tea plant goes through in the winter. This causes them to be full of flavors and packed with antioxidants, when minimally processed into white tea.

Silver Tips White Tea is the simplest, rarest and most exquisite of teas. Also known as Silver Needle White Tea, it is considered to be the highest grade teas in the world of tea. Some even call it the Champagne of Tea. Get your high grade silver tips at reasonable prices only in Nepal.

The high elevation teas like Silver tips grown in Shri-Antu, Ilam, have more potency of minerals due to several reasons. Firstly, the soil in high elevation areas tends to be more mineral-rich, which means that the tea plants absorb more nutrients and minerals from the soil. Secondly, the cooler climate and shorter growing season in high elevation areas cause the tea plants to grow slower, resulting in a more concentrated flavor and nutrient profile. Finally, the high elevation teas are often grown using traditional farming methods, which prioritize soil health and sustainability, resulting in a healthier and more nutrient-rich tea.
